About Us
WHO WE ARE
The Yoga Barn Spa & Studio is a brand new to the area yoga studio and spa run by one of the hardest working mama's you will meet. It is a home based business that has a unique edge. Not only is the wonderful Kristy your spa service provider and your loving yoga teacher, she has hammered in each and every nail and board you see in her old horse barn converted to studio. Honoring the environment by re-purposing each board and beam used inside this barn/studio has been a labor of love that Kristy can not wait to share with the world.
Kristy has been practicing yoga for a number of years and decided to obtain her 200 hour YTT Certificate in 2015. She has been teaching ever since.
Prior to that Kristy ran a home based spa in Courtice, Ontario for 10 years, The Lotus Blossom Day Spa. When the spa and yoga came together as one she felt called to find her place in the woods to explore a more accommodating space for the two practices, thus the horse barn became the Yoga Barn Spa & Studio. Nestled in a space that is only a few mins drive from Barrie Elmvale Phelpston.
YOGA
The Yoga Barn Spa & Studio offers regular yoga sessions throughout the week in the mornings and evenings. There are group specific classes, such as Teen Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation in Motion,
as well as classes less specific and open to all. Just 10 mins away from Barrie Elmvale. Only 4 mins from Phelpston. Offering a schedule of classes in a cozy yoga studio for all ages.

The Yoga Barn Spa & Studio will be offering spa services in the new year to enhance your mind, body and soul. A visit to our spa will leave you feeling rejuvenated and connected.
Our spa will be offering a wide range of facials, waxing, relaxation massage and aromatherapy massage.
